Frequently Asked Questions

Is RADuxtion now commercially available?

The RADuxtion app is not yet commercially available. We anticipate a start to commercialization in Q4 2025 pending 510(k) clearance.

How does RADuxtion reduce scatter radiation?

RADuxtion reduces the overall dose of radiation produced by the fluoroscope with each exposure through a proprietary algorithm and data set. The patented algorithm enables the clinical user to change settings on the fluoroscope to reduce both the total dose to the patient and scatter radiation exposure to doctors and staff in the room.

Does this degrade image quality?

Both among early users of the RADuxtion application as well as preliminary clinical verification results indicate that there is no loss of contrast resolution.  Image analysis has calculated degradation at approximately 6% of image quality on spatial resolution (CrT monitors) and even less with flat panel monitors.

Of course, image quality will vary with larger patients(common on devices not optimized with RADuxtion anyway). RADuxtion does have a one button push for High Density Fluoroscopy (HDF) that will automatically correct for very large patients and correct spatial resolution while preserving the low dose approach.

What other surgical or interventional use cases do you plan for RADuxtion?

RADuxtion intends to expand to multiple manufacturers in both Mobile and fixed Fluoroscopy. We expect the application will soon be available for use across multiple specialties and surgical procedures.

How can I get more information if I am interested in investing?

Please see the investor page and submit your information.

Can I be put on a list to purchase a RADuxtion license when it is available?

Yes, you can sign up using this form. We will be keeping a list of those that want to purchase a reduction license as soon as it is available.

When do you expect the product to be available?

We anticipate to begin commercial sales in early-Q4 2025.

Can RADuxtion be used with fixed fluoroscopy?

RADuxtion has the capability of being used with both Mobile and fixed Fluoroscopy. At initial release, the RADuxtion app will be calibrated for use with the GE OEC 9800 and the GE 9900. RADuxtion will expand its claims with future versions.
